Reeling and Healing Midwest retreats are open to any adult woman (18 years of age or older) who has received a cancer diagnosis. This includes cancer patients and survivors. No previous fly-fishing experience is required. All necessary equipment is provided.

Mail or fax the completed forms with your payment to the address located on the forms. You will receive a confirmation call or email once your forms and payment have been processed.

A Reeling & Healing Midwest retreat coordinator will contact you about your application and answer any questions you may have. Registration Details

New Participant Retreat:
A $25.00 fee is required to confirm and hold your slot at a retreat. The only other cost to a participant is a one-day fishing license that costs $7-$9 depending on your age and residency.

Reunion Retreats: The fee for the Reunion Retreats varies depending on the retreat. Participants require a fishing license. Daily fishing licenses cost from $7-$9 depending on age and residency.

Notes on Registration: Participant reservations are taken on a first come/first served basis. Space is limited, so reserve your place early to avoid disappointment. Because we incur certain pre-retreat expenses, the following policy is necessary if you cancel. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing or via e-mail. If this notice is received in our office 30 days or more before a retreat, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is received 15-29 days prior to the retreat date, 50% of fees received will be credited toward another retreat. No refund will be given if you cancel 14 days or less before the retreat you were scheduled to attend. However, should you find a replacement a 75% refund will be reimbursed. If you register by phone/fax within 14 days of a retreat with a commitment of payment, and cancel, you are responsible for remitting payment.
